I Want to Get Faster at Swimming....

There are few and far between good training options for masters swimmers or just about anyone who is not a pro athlete, which is a shame. I have had to deal with this problem first-hand. I never wanted to stop swimming, even when it came time to get a job and move on from the dream of making it. I kept swimming, writing my own programs and getting the most out of the little pool time I had in public sessions around my full-time coaching job. I had low expectations but guess what... I swam PB, after PB, after PB!

Now I could have found a local masters group but to me, they are all the same. They spend the few hours of swimming they offer a week chasing fitness and aerobic gains which will sadly never match what you had when you were a kid. But you are an adult now and you can get faster. It just takes a little bit of specificity in what you do. All of this led to me wanting to help YOU. This is why I have launched a range of plans and programs for swimmers of all ages and backgrounds on my website to help you swim lifetime bests, while having balance in your life, socially, professionally and personally.

Last week I competed at the USMS Spring Nationals in Indianapolis and got to meet two of my American clients in person and it was brilliant to see them thriving and swimming faster than ever.

First up meet Andrew....

This video was taken after the first day of racing where Andrew had skipped his goal of 53 with a massive 52.8 in the 100y Free and moving up to a medal position.

That was just a taste of things to come as Andrew also crushed the 200y Free, dropping from his current season best of 2:03.53 to a lightning-quick 1:59.58. I think his splits also show how well-conditioned Andrew was at this meet going 28.84, 30.53, 30.10, 30.11 (although he did say he wishes he had opened up a little faster). Andrew also dropped time on his final event the 50y Free.

Andrew is a member of my standard Masters Plan which you can sign up for at $150 a month at the following link.

I also have a 4-week taster of the plan you can try at a discounted rate of £49.99!

Now Let's Meet Michael

I also got to meet Michael. Michael is a previous client who actually was my 2nd ever person to join the plan, back before I had a website and was offering it on Patreon. Michael signed up for the season before the 2023 iteration of this meet to go big and that was exactly what he did.

Michael was on the equivalent of the personal plan now which can be signed up to on this website. It is a little more expensive but gets you regular calls with me, technical/race analysis and a direct line of communication. These are just two examples of so many swimmers that are out there, crushing their lifetime bests in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and even 60s!

Other Options

The above options are testimonials of my subscription-based products but I have other offerings that are a one-off purchase. RAW SPEED is a great example and not only does it provide 12 weeks of training but also gives you a full tutorial so you can keep programming your only sessions.

I also have a warm up guide for your next swim meet at just £10 which is absolutely worth giving a try!
