This is the training program for all the middle-distance lovers out there. Here is 4 weeks of world class middle distance training with sessions the likes of what Chad Le Clos, Siobhan Haughey, Max Litchfield and Kregor Zirk will do when preparing from World Championships and Olympic games.
The program includes 4 weeks with 6 session plans per week. The weeks increase in intensity and by the end of this 4 week boot camp you can expect gains in your 200 + 400 races.
